Did you know that the Great Lakes are the biggest freshwater source in the world? Lake Erie is the most productive for fishing of all the Great Lakes. Your support helps make our streams clean, clear and healthy so they can support this complex ecosystem. By donating to PCS, you help us reach our goals of restoring rivers that lead to Lake Erie beaches that promote fishable and swimmable conditions for generations.

Register today to be part of Northwest Ohio's largest watershed clean-up!

For 26 years, volunteers have gathered across the region to remove trash from streams, rivers, and Lake Erie during Clean Your Streams Day. Partners for Clean Streams, with help from many partnering organizations, is proud to announce the 26th Annual Clean Your Streams on Saturday, September 24.

Individuals, organizations, businesses, and families with children of all ages are welcome to sign up for this unique service opportunity. The clean-up begins at 8am with check-in and orientation at kickoff locations across Northwest Ohio. Groups will then be assigned a site where they will undertake a three-hour cleanup. By 9am, volunteers will spread out to their assigned sites, all within the Ottawa River, Swan Creek, Maumee River, Maumee Bay, and Lake Erie tributary watersheds.

In the afternoon, volunteers will reconvene for an appreciation picnic, including free food, t-shirts, a celebration of accomplishments, and to announce the winners of Clean Your Streams Challenges.
Partners for Clean Streams Inc. is striving for abundant open space and a high quality natural environment; adequate floodwater storage capacities and flourishing wildlife; stakeholders who take local ownership in their resources; and rivers, streams and lakes that are clean, clear and safe
