Spring is just around the corner and that means it’s time for spring cleaning! PCS has partnered with our pals at the Toledo Zoo for their new “Spring into Action” program! We will be hosting a series of cleanups where ZooTeens, their family, and all other volunteers are welcome to help us remove the debris that has accumulated along our waterways during the winter months. For six weeks in May and June, PCS will be hosting a series of cleanups at specific sites that could use some TLC. Check out our calendar for upcoming information about dates and locations. “Spring into Action” will kick off on Earth Day, April 20th, followed by the Toledo Zoo’s “Party for the Planet” on Saturday, April 27th and end June 9th. And watch for other volunteer opportunities through the Toledo Zoo and area environmental partners. Spring into action with us and make an impact on the waterways in our area.
