WalleyeMagazineCoverExciting news! Partners for Clean Streams has been featured in the 1st edition of the Annual Maumee River Walleye Run Magazine published my Brian Miller, a local walleye expert, on March 14, 2016. Our article focuses on the importance of the walleye run to our region, but also the implications fishing has on the environment. We provide readers with ways they can help alleviate their impact on our waterways, like through our Fishing Line Recycling Bins and Get the Lead Out program. We also highlight our other programs, like Clean your Streams Day and Storm Drain Marking, all of which work towards clean, clear, and safe water for our region and beyond. Miller also wrote a book, "Fishing the Maumee River Walleye Run", that explains everything one should know in order to fish during the walleye run. You can find the magazine by going to Our article can be found on pages 16-20, and 26.
